How Cafe Nul makes its brand part of the photo

Three events. Two distinct print designs. One Winnipeg café. Moment Box brought a photo booth and custom photo frames to CAFE NUL’s opening influencer event and two SIP.CLUB coffee parties with Winnipeg Digest.

A first impression guests could take home

At 794 Sargent Avenue, CAFE NUL brings together Korean café culture, fresh pastries, and a bright yellow interior. For its opening influencer event, the photo experience needed to feel at home in that space.

Our green booth sat among the café’s curved furniture and plants, ready for guests to step in together. We created custom printed photo frames that paired their pictures with CAFE NUL’s identity. Each strip held a little of both: the people at the opening and the café they came to celebrate.

The brand is part of the photo

The CAFE NUL frame carries the café’s yellow palette, wordmark, Korean lettering, and bear mascot around four colour photographs. For SIP.CLUB Vol. 01, a blue frame, desktop-window graphics, and black-and-white portraits give the coffee party its own visual identity.

The details change with the event; the guest stays at the centre. That is what makes a custom photo print useful for a brand activation: your identity travels home in a photograph someone is part of.

Back for two rounds of SIP.CLUB

The collaboration continued with two ticketed SIP.CLUB coffee parties at CAFE NUL, held with Winnipeg Digest. Hip-hop and R&B set the pace, with a drink and photo booth access included in the ticket.

The booth gave friends another thing to do together between coffee and music, with a printed photo to take away. Across all three events, our role stayed focused: bring people into the picture and give each gathering a print of its own.
